I implant The 'pet-detect' Microchip which is made in Germany by A.E.G, these chips use the latest technology (FDX-B) and fully comply with the Pet Passport Scheme. The Trovan/AEG microchip has only 6 components (compared with 17 - 19 components in most other brands) and does not contain any lead solder.   It is also one of the smallest microchips on the market and independent tests show that the smaller the microchip the less likely it is to migrate.   Each microchip comes with life-long registration with Petlog ~ managed by the Kennel Club. I also provide you with a quality identification nickel- plated metal tag, with Petlog’s 24 hour lost and found telephone number on one side and blank on the other side for your details and contact number. From personal experience I have found Petlog to be one of the best Microchipping Databases in the UK ~ it is the UK's largest reunification service for Microchipped pets. Microchipping generally within a 5 mile radius of Caernarfon or at Dog Shows/Camping summer circuit.
