Fifi - aka Petitchien’s Fifilamour at
Flutterbye
Placed at Crufts 2008 & 2009 Qualified.
Fifi is our first homebred show girl, and has done very
well - she was well placed at Crufts 2008, and Crufts
2009 qualified on six occasions before her first litter in
early 2009 - one daughter, Poppy, remains here - and
she is already doing very well in her Minor puppy classes.
Fifi now lives in the Isle of Man with Alison and Bob Bishop of Flutterbye
Papillons - I wish Alison and Bob much luck with her. They now have a little of
my heart living with them.
she has achieved:
LKA Championship Show (13/12/08 - Judge Mr R McKay).
Fifi did well today in a strong class - and achieved a respectable third place out of 10 bitches present. This is her
sixth show in a row since Crufts 08 that qualifies her for Crufts 09.
3rd Papillon Limit Bitch (13 entered)
Darlington Championship Show (15/08/08 - Judge Mrs Angela Skelton).
This was Fifi's first time in a Limit Class and she came third amidst strong competition. This is her fifth show in a
row since Crufts 08 that qualifies her for Crufts 09.

The Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show (15/08/08 - Judge Miss V Williams).
This was Fifi's first time in a Post Graduate Class and she came second amidst strong competition. This is her
fourth show in a row since Crufts 08 that qualifies her for Crufts 09.
2nd Papillon Postgraduate Bitch,
The Papillon (Butterfly Dog) Club Championship Show (13/04/08 - Judge Mrs E Needham).
Fifi came third in a class of 17 at this super show - under breed specialist Judge Evelyn Needham (Marshlea).
3rd Papillon Junior Bitch,
UK Toydog Championship Show (29/03/08 - Judge Mrs K Sjong).
Fifi was a bit of a "livewire" today - but nonetheless was well placed in a class of 13 at this super show - under
breed specialist Judge Kitty Sjong of Denmark. With thanks (again) to my friend Caroline for showing her for me.
3rd Papillon Junior Bitch,
Crufts - Judge: Gordon Urquhart (06/03/08).
WOW - the girl did good! Fif came third in her class at Crufts - which has automatically qualified her for Crufts
2009. I could not get there, so a million thanks are due to Romayne who took her there and to Caroline who
showed her so brilliantly for me. Judged by breed specialist - Gordon Urquhart (Blackpark)
3rd Papillon Special Junior Bitch (class of 14),
Caernarfon and District Canine Society Open Show (25/02/08 - Judge Mrs M Wildman).
A super day - Fifi showed well and won her class. Her sister Emma (see below) did very well too.
1st Papillon Open,
North Wales Toydog Society Open Show (17/02/08 - Judge Mrs D Fry)
A superb day out at a great show - with a good turn out of quality showdogs. Fifi excelled as the baby in a class of
five and got first place. She then went on to take the Best of Breed, and was shortlisted in the final 5 for best in
Show.
Emma was there too, and also took top Papillon honours - see below.

Pontefract & District Canine Society Open Show (03/02/08 - Judge Mrs D Gornall)
A nice day out, beaten to first place by a super successful dog - but coming a respectable second. Emma
meanwhile got a first, Best Puppy, and Puppy Group 1, see below.

Manchester Championship Show (18/01/08 - Judge Mrs G J Lilley)
A super show with strong competition - Fifi gained a 4th today.
Reserve Junior Bitch (class of 7)
Darwen Canine Society Open Show (15/12/07 - Judge Mr S Brown)
A super Show with strong competition, Fifi came second to her handsome brother Trix today (see below)
2nd Post Graduate (class of 7), 2nd Open (class of 7),
Spire Toy Dog Society Open Show (25/11/07)
Wow, what a brilliant day - with strong competition in all four classes Fifi came through - whilst still a Puppy
and won Best of Breed. This win, as it was at a Premier Open Show, automatically qualifies her for Crufts for a
third time.
1st Puppy (class of 2), 1st Junior (class of 3), 1st Post Graduate (class of 7), 1st Open (class of 5), Best
Papillon Puppy, Best of Breed Papillon (Judge Averil Cawthera-Purdy - Livera)
Northern & Eastern Counties Papillon Club Championship Show (11/11/07 - Judge Mr A
Bendelow)
Another top quality class, r/w, in good coat and condition with good fringes, good head qualities with all
essentials & balance, good body shape with co-ordinated balance, bone and muscle sound and firm.
2nd Bitch Puppy - which qualifies her for Crufts for a second time (class of 10,)
Caernarfon and District Canine Society Open Show (3/11/07 - Judge Mr K Hood).
This was one of Fifi's nicest days out so far - at 11 months old she was pulled out as one of the final five for BIS -
and went on to win RBPIS. " 11 months, red sable and white, correct size in super condition, correct angulation
with level topline. Impressed by this young lady"

Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show (18/08/07 - Judge Mrs G Godwin)
1st Minor Puppy Bitch - which qualifies her for Crufts (class of 4) her lovely litter brother (Petitchien's Tri
Symphony) was also entered and he too achieved a 1st Minor Puppy Dog - which also qualifies him for
Crufts.
Ruthin Canine Society Group Open Show (28/07/07 - Judge Mrs J Barton)
" r/w bitch, in lovely coat, pretty head, well set and filled ears, moved well when settled."
1st Puppy, Best Puppy in Breed, Group 2 Puppy.
